BCS Chicken
Christopher Jagge
Are you happy with store-bought chicken? Christopher Jagge wasn't, so in 2014 he asked a friend if he could use his barn to raise a few broilers. He wanted full control over all aspects from feed to slaughter. After harvest Christopher immediately noticed that the meat smelled 'fresh' and was dry to the touch compared to store bought. It roasted nicely and retained a full 'chicken' flavor.
Christopher offers the same high-quality, wholesome chicken to his neighbors and customers at the Farmers Market. He has available: pasture-raised, non-GMO, non-soy chicken (whole, halves, parts). Come taste the difference!

Corner Tang Wood Crafts
All the Corner Tang Wood Crafts products are created in our local workshop. This is the shop where we go for therapy. Sawdust therapy. Over the last 26 years, this therapy has been the place where the furniture for our home, along with the gifts for friends and family have been created. In 2016, we decided that since the house is full, we would start to sell some of the products from the workshop. In 2020 we moved to College Station and are excited to share our creations with the Bryan/College Station community. Like most artists, we have ideas on the inside that need to be manifested outside. We hope you like our ‘outside the box’ boxes, charcuterie boards, cutting boards, chess boards, and surf boards. Just kidding on the surf boards although Allen has made his own and one for his son.
